SIMCO ENGINEERING, P.C. formerly known as M. Walter Sim Company (SIMCO) (1989) and SIMCO Associates, Inc. (1992), was founded as an independent consulting practice with the goal of providing high quality service in traffic engineering, highway engineering, transportation planning and environmental assessment services to both public and private sector clients. SIMCO has expanded its professional services to include bridge inspection, construction management and Resident Engineering Inspection services to our clients.
